A: Yes. All our hair is 100% virgin human hair.
It can be dyed, bleached, straightened, or curled. Please treat it like your own hair and avoid excessive heat to extend its lifespan.
Q: Does your wig require glue?
A: Our 7x6 and 13x6 wigs feature a glueless design with adjustable straps, combs, and a drawstring for a natural fit, allowing you to wear it easily, wear to go! While 13x4 lace wigs are usually installed with glue or adhesive for a secure fit.
Q: Does the wig look the same as the pictures on the website?
A: Yes. Most of our wig photos are taken from real products. Minor changes may occur during shipping, but the wig can be easily restored with light styling after arrival. Significant color differences are rare; slight variations may occur due to lighting, angles, or display settings.
Q: What does Lace Area/Lace Size mean?
A: A larger lace area allows for more flexible parting, creating a more natural look. It provides greater styling freedom, as it offers more options for parting lines and hair styles, making the wig appear closer to natural hair growth.

Q: How long is the shipment? What if my order delivery was delayed?
A: Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours. Customized wigs require an additional 3–4 business days for processing.
Delivery to the United States usually takes 3–5 business days after shipment.
